As an IT agent, you will be part of a global support team that provides service support to all company locations, and you will be able to work aligned with US EST business hours. Communications skills are very important in this position because you will be providing technical assistance to key users around the world.
As an IT agent, you will integrate a global team that provides local and remote support to the company users and customers using the company ticketing system. Configure laptops to be delivered to company users based on the company standards, maintain the hardware inventory up to date, maintain and provide support of our company network, local access control, and video surveillance.
Very good communication skills and English level. Laptop hardware preparation (memory change, hard drive change). Software laptop preparation/staging (Operating system (Windows and Mac OS) and application installation). Remote support using RDP – Anydesk – TeamViewer. Mikrotik router configuration. Office 365 and AZURE knowledge will be considered a plus.
