LAUDERDALE, FLA. – (MAY 21, 2019) – OZ, a global consulting company enhancing customer experiences through digital wizardry, has announced its first annual CXDX Summit for travel and hospitality leaders in Florida. The event will be held at the historic rooftop lounge and terrace of the W Hotel in Miami on June 20, 2019.
The summit will showcase the latest digital innovations and transformations (DX) that are driving superior customer experiences (CX) in the travel and hospitality industry. The event will host industry leaders such as Royal Caribbean International, American Airlines, Orange Lakes Resorts, Red Lobster, Willis Lease Financial and more, all of which are transforming CX through groundbreaking digital services and solutions, as well as an interactive area with stunning demonstrations of virtual reality (VR), augmented reality (AR) and RFID technology, and a fascinating wine-tasting hosted by Zeitgeist Cellars.
Sessions from industry heavyweights include:

- Keynote from Roy Barnes, President of Blue Space and former SVP of Customer Experience and Development for Marriott Vacation Club International, who will discuss how companies can integrate digital innovation into CX
- Norwegian Cruise Line’s Mobile Strategy and Digital Engagement leader Jonathan Stephen will participate on a panel of experts who will take an inside look into the digital innovations that drive CX in the travel industry and the future digital innovations that will impact CX
