She brings over two decades of experience in planning, creating, and managing integrated brand marketing campaigns and performance creative for B2B, SaaS, and Fortune 100 brands — such as IBM, Lenovo, Ford, Toyota, Henkel, Sara Lee, and Sony — both agency side and in-house.
Prior to OZ Digital, Zena led go-to-market strategies and customer-centric campaigns at Sprinklr, a publicly-traded, AI-native customer experience SaaS platform. At Sprinklr, she drove go-to-market campaigns for their Research Insights product suite driving brand awareness and revenue generation.
A 3X Top Writer on Medium, she has led and supported brand campaigns for WPP agencies, Ogilvy and VML (J. Walter Thompson), and BBDO. At Ogilvy, she held leadership roles and was a founding member of Lenovo’s first-of-its-kind global creative hub supporting marketing and advertising for 67 countries in 23 languages.
Outside of building brands and pipelines, you’ll most likely find her juggling roles as a soccer mom, swim mom, or trying to be a better plant mom.
