He held leadership positions at Care Centric, a large publicly traded software company in healthcare, and Xcelerate, an eCommerce consulting company (acquired by Razorfish).
Amjad has been recognized with several awards, including being named a Broward County Ultimate CEO by the South Florida Business Journal, CEO of the Year by Tech America, and a Crystal Award winner for promoting diversity.
Asad is one of the founders of the company. He is the leader of the highly successful sister company, Jet Health Solutions, which focuses on providing transformative solutions to the healthcare/insurance industry.
Mark leads our Global Insurance Practice and is responsible for working with the executive leadership of OZ to formulate and execute strategies and industry solutions to enable our clients in the property & casualty insurance industry to increase customer engagement & experience, drive profitable growth and operational excellence through digital transformation, intelligent workflow automation, application modernization, and data integration & analytics.
Mark is a senior leader with broad and deep global experience in the property & casualty insurance industry, with more than 35 years of operational and technology experience in the insurance industry, playing key roles in strategy formulation, operations, general management, technology, distribution, sales, and marketing.
Prior to joining OZ, he was a Vice President and Senior Partner with IBM Consulting, the Managing Director and Global Head of Insurance for AlixPartners Enterprise Improvement Practice, and Head of IT and Operations for the Americas Region at Zurich Insurance Group.
Ken is responsible for driving new business through digital channels and building content and experiences that clearly articulate OZ’s position as an industry leader in digital consulting. Ken is an accomplished leader with 20+ years of progressive digital, marketing, and customer experience achievement and P&L leadership in North America and Europe. He has generated significant value by leveraging quantitative, marketing, analytics, communication, and leadership skills to drive market strategies, customer experience, and profitable growth for leading brands, such as Farmers Insurance, 21st Century Insurance, Jewelers Mutual Group, MBNA, and J.G. Wentworth.
Ken is a recognized thought leader in marketing strategy and execution and is a two-time “Marketer of the Year” nominee. He has considerable B-to-C and B-to-B experience, including transformational digital, acquisition, and customer service initiatives, and has built several world-class teams featuring alumni now in marketing and customer experience leadership roles at Google, Starbucks, Vanguard, and FanDuel.

As Chief Revenue Officer, Doug's primary role is to interface with the business development, marketing, consulting & leadership teams to bring our digital solutions to market. Working with our consulting and development teams, Doug helps our clients in the property & casualty insurance, healthcare, and hospitality industries determine if Intelligent Automation, Robotic Process Automation, Artificial Intelligence, and our integrated technology solutions will help address the challenges in their businesses.
Prior to OZ, Doug was a founding partner of TrialGraphix, a national litigation consulting firm. One of Doug’s primary responsibilities was to establish relationships with insurance carriers as a “preferred provider” of litigation consulting services for in-house legal departments and their national and regional panel law firms. Doug worked closely with senior in-house counsel within insurance carriers and other Fortune 500 clients to set up programs to advise counsel on available technologies and consulting services, with the express goals of streamlining costs, creating efficiencies, and creating measurable ROI. TrialGraphix was acquired by Kroll Ontrack, whose parent company was Marsh McLennan, one of the world’s leading providers of insurance brokerage, risk management, and reinsurance services.

Colleen is in charge of overall operations for OZ. Her focus is to enhance the experience for our employees and suppliers/partners while improving operational efficiency. Her background includes consulting, quality assurance, technical writing, project management, systems implementation and training for major technology vendors in the financial and healthcare industries. Colleen has a passion for quality and has led and implemented operational initiatives at a wide range of companies including Metavante, CareCentric, and Xcelerate.
Murray’s role is to understand our clients’ businesses and then determine the best strategies and customer experiences to drive their businesses using all of the real world, digital, marketing, and technology tools available. He takes an approach that encompasses all aspects of an organization: their executive vision, markets, customers, and products, and seeks opportunities to create programs that achieve business goals.
Prior to OZ, Murray held senior positions with some of the world’s largest digital agencies, including Razorfish and Sapient, and co-founded and led a successful digital engagement and technology agency for 7 years. He began his career at Accenture.
Murray has experience across many industries including Insurance, Financial Services, Healthcare, Publishing, CPG, and Travel. He is also a frequent speaker at marketing and technology industry events and has organized and hosted sold-out OZ events including the Digital Transformation Forum and the Future of Healthcare Forum.
Emmanuel is an accomplished senior executive with 30+ years of experience leading business operations, P&Ls, and professional services in a diverse range of industries. At OZ, Emmanuel leads the Global Digital Technology Consulting practices. He provides thought leadership to clients, strategic direction for our practices, manages relationships with technology vendors, and partners with other departments at OZ to drive sales, recruiting, consulting, and operational efficiencies. He is responsible for the overall execution of business and technology consulting across a breadth of expertise areas including digital technology strategy & innovation, intelligent workflow automation, data analytics, AI, SAAS, and DevOps.
Prior to OZ, Emmanuel was SVP of Operations at Trellance, President of Aptitude Solutions, and Senior Vice President with the Fortune 500 company, Fiserv. He is a Startup Mentor at the Tampa Bay Wave incubator, a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), and Certified Agile Leader.
Imran has over 20 years of experience architecting, designing and building enterprise-level applications. He has delivered numerous successful projects for multiple Fortune 500 companies and has been instrumental in leading client-facing RPA and IA projects at OZ. He is a MuleSoft Certified Architect and a MuleSoft Certified Developer. Imran strives to deliver the best quality of work and believes in providing the best value to clients of any work he engages in.
