OZ Digital Consulting Promotional Offer Terms & Conditions
Effective Date: February 10, 2025
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the promotional offer (the “Offer”) provided by OZ Digital Consulting LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By participating in this Offer, you agree to abide by these Terms.
1. Offer Details
OZ Digital Consulting is offering a gift card (the “Gift Card”) or charitable donation to eligible prospective customers in exchange for a 15-minute phone consultation with a Company representative. The Gift Card may vary in currency denominations, either $25, $50, or $100. The charitable donation is for $100 only.
2. Eligibility
- This Offer is available only to specific prospective customers identified by OZ Digital Consulting.
- The Offer is non-transferable and may only be redeemed once per eligible individual or business.
- Employees, affiliates, or partners of OZ Digital Consulting and their immediate family members are not eligible.
3. How to Redeem
- The eligible prospective customer must schedule and complete a 15-minute phone consultation with an OZ Digital Consulting representative within the promotional period.
- Upon successful completion of the consultation, the Gift Card or charitable donation will be sent electronically to the email address provided by the participant within 10 business days.
4. Promotion Period
- The Offer is valid until April 14, 2025. Any consultations completed after this date will not qualify for the Gift Card or charitable donation.
- OZ Digital Consulting reserves the right to modify or terminate this Offer at any time without prior notice.
5. Limitations
- The Offer is limited to one Gift Card or charitable donation per eligible participant.
- The Gift Card or charitable donation cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, or any other form of compensation.
- OZ Digital Consulting is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered Gift Cards or charitable donations.
6. Additional Terms
- By participating, you agree to allow OZ Digital Consulting to contact you regarding its services, as well as the collection and use of your information for prize fulfillment and marketing purposes. OZ Digital Consulting will not sell or share personal data with third parties.
- This Offer is void where prohibited by law and is governed by the laws of the State of FL, and any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of that jurisdiction.
- OZ Digital Consulting reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates these Terms or attempts to abuse the Offer.
- By entering, participants agree to release OZ and its affiliates from any liability related to participation in the Promotion, acceptance of the Offer, or any technical errors that may occur.
