Before joining OZ, Manny built a track record of leadership across growth, operations, and enterprise service delivery—beginning as President of Aptitude Solutions, where he led the business with an operator’s rigor and a client-outcome mindset.
He then served as Senior Vice President of Operations at Trellance, leading operational scale and execution excellence, and later held senior executive leadership at Fiserv, contributing to enterprise-grade delivery in a Fortune 500 environment.
As Executive Vice President, Global Digital Technology Consulting at OZ, Manny leads the firm’s end-to-end consulting strategy
and execution, advancing OZ’s North Star of Intelligent Innovation.
He oversees the design and delivery of modern, AI-powered solutions that integrate cloud platforms, intelligent automation, advanced analytics, and data-driven decision systems—helping enterprises convert innovation into scalable, measurable business impact.
