Steph is a seasoned revenue leader with over 20 years of experience in sales and growth strategy. As Chief Revenue Officer at OZ, he leads revenue strategy, business development, marketing, and strategic alliances.
Working closely with the executive leadership team, Steph aligns sales objectives with the company’s vision and values, with a strong focus on accelerating growth, optimizing revenue streams, and driving sustainable profitability.
Prior to OZ, Steph held senior leadership roles at industry‑leading organizations including ADP,
DXC Technologies, and Ernst & Young, where he played a key role in expanding market share and driving sales excellence.
In addition to his role at OZ Digital, Steph currently serves as President of the South Florida chapter of the International Association of Microsoft Channel Partners (IAMCP) and is a board member of the Greater Fort Lauderdale Alliance, where he actively supports regional economic growth and innovation.
