1. Eligibility

The OZ Webinar Giveaway (“Promotion”) is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years or older at the time of entry and provide a valid United States shipping address. Employees of OZ, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

2. Promotion Period

The Promotion begins on March 6, 2025 at 12:00 p.m. and ends at 1:00 p.m. (the “Promotion Period”). Participants must attend the entire webinar to be eligible.

Each eligible participant who meets the attendance requirements will receive a YETI Rambler® 20 oz Stackable Cup (the “Prize”). The Prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or other alternatives. OZ reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.

5. Winner Notification & Prize Distribution

Participants who have provided their shipping information at registration and attend the webinar in full will automatically qualify to receive a Prize.

Prizes can only be distributed to the first 150 attendees who attend the webinar in full.

Prizes will be shipped within 3 weeks after verification. OZ is not responsible for lost, delayed, or misdirected shipments. Failure to complete the survey within the specified timeframe will result in forfeiture of the Prize.

6. General Conditions

OZ reserves the right to disqualify any participant who attempts to circumvent the rules or engages in fraudulent activity. OZ also reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Promotion if unforeseen circumstances arise.

7. Privacy

By participating in the Promotion, entrants agree to OZ’s Privacy Policy and consent to the collection and use of their information for prize fulfillment and marketing purposes. OZ will not sell or share personal data with third parties.

8. Limitation of Liability

By entering, participants agree to release OZ and its affiliates from any liability related to participation in the Promotion, acceptance of the Prize, or any technical errors that may occur.

9. Governing Law

This Promotion is governed by the laws of the State of FL, and any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of that jurisdiction.
