Amjad Shamim Jafri
Chief Executive Officer
Named a Broward County Ultimate CEO by the South Florida Business Journal and CEO of the Year by Tech-America, Amjad works with the executive leadership of OZ to formulate and execute strategies to enable our clients to increase customer and employee engagement, experience, and operational excellence by leveraging leading-edge Microsoft technologies.
Previously, Amjad held leadership positions at Care Centric, a large publicly traded healthcare software company, and Xcelerate, a digital technology consulting company subsequently acquired by Razorfish. His honors include a Crystal Award for promoting diversity.

Emmanuel Ramos
Chief Solutions Officer
An accomplished senior executive with more than thirty years of experience leading business operations, P&Ls, and professional services in a diverse range of industries, Emmanuel heads the OZ Global Digital Technology Consulting practices. In this role, he is responsible for the overall execution of business and technology consulting across a diverse array of Microsoft-centered expertise areas including digital technology strategy & innovation, intelligent workflow automation, data analytics, AI, SaaS, and DevOps.
Prior to OZ, Emmanuel served as SVP of Operations at Trellance, President of Aptitude Solutions, and Senior Vice President of Fiserv, a Fortune 500 company. He is a Startup Mentor at the Tampa Bay Wave incubator, a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), and certified Agile Leader.
Stephane Abitan
Chief Revenue Officer
A leader with over twenty years of experience in sales, business development, marketing, and strategic alliances, Steph is responsible for developing revenue generation strategies, driving growth by identifying new business opportunities, optimizing existing revenue streams, and maximizing profitability across the organization. He works closely with other members of the executive team to align sales goals with the company’s vision, values, and overall business objectives.
Previously, Steph held several senior leadership positions at leading companies such as ADP, DXC Technologies, and, most recently, Ernst & Young, where he played a pivotal role in driving sales and expanding market share.
Jason Milgram
Senior Vice President , Azure Leader
A former Army Reserve veteran and thirteen-time Microsoft Azure MVP, Jason is a proven leader, strategist, and innovator in cloud computing and digital transformation with more than twenty-five years of experience helping clients create exceptional customer experiences through technology and innovation. As the first Azure Leader at OZ, Jason leads a global team of cloud professionals to deliver cutting-edge Microsoft solutions.
Jason is also the co-author of the Microsoft Azure Strategy and Implementation Guides, a series of books that provide practical guidance and best practices for Azure adoption and optimization.
Murray Izenwasser
Senior Vice President, Digital Strategy
Leveraging his extensive experience in insurance, financial services, healthcare, publishing, CPG, travel, and many other industries, Murray’s role at OZ is to gain a holistic understanding of clients’ businesses and then determine which strategies and customer experiences will best drive their businesses forward. To achieve this he takes an approach that encompasses every aspect of an organization—executive vision, markets, customers, and products—and employs all available tools—digital, marketing, and technology tools.
Prior to OZ, Murray held senior positions with some of the world’s largest digital agencies—including Accenture, Razorfish, and Sapient—and co-founded and led a successful digital engagement and technology agency for seven years. He is also a frequent speaker at marketing and technology industry events and has organized and hosted sold-out OZ events including the Digital Transformation Forum and the Future of Healthcare Forum.
Sal Cardozo
Senior Vice President, Consulting
A collaborative leader and senior consultant with over fifteen years of experience in delivering innovative, scalable Microsoft solutions that transform the customer experience and align with business outcomes, Sal is a change agent who empowers his clients to drive value and create competitive differentiation.
Prior to OZ, Sal worked at Accenture, ADT, Ryder, Cambridge Technology Partners, and Capgemini where he delivered diverse business solutions for leading corporations and governmental agencies in over eight countries.
Steve Bakanov
Senior Vice President, Application Innovation
With over a quarter century of technology and digital engagement strategy experience, Steve is a seasoned leader possessing a skillset that encompasses cloud, artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning (ML), data analytics, and business intelligence solutions. He has worked in a diverse array of industries ranging from financial services, pharmaceutical, and insurance to healthcare, manufacturing, and government.
Working with Fortune 500 companies—including Microsoft, Pfizer, Aflac, SAP, IBM, Cigna, Blue Cross/Blue Shield, Liberty Mutual, Deloitte, and others—Steve has consistently driven digital transformation and delivered innovative solutions to address complex business challenges. His previous leadership positions have included Global Technology, Strategy, and Applications Leader at Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Global Senior Applications, Automation, and DevOps Leader at Deloitte.
Imran Sabir
Vice President, Automation & Enterprise Integration
Imran has over twenty years of experience architecting, designing, and building enterprise-level applications and has delivered numerous successful projects for multiple Fortune 500 companies.
At OZ, Imran has been instrumental in leading client-facing RPA and IA projects for Red Lobster, Rooms to Go, Holiday Inn Vacation Club, the State of Florida Department of Children and Families, among others. A graduate of York University, Imran strives to deliver the best quality of work and believes in providing the highest possible value to clients of any work in which he engages.
Ahad Jafri
Vice President of Finance & Accounting
A Certified Public Accountant in the state of Florida, Ahad oversees all financial, accounting, tax, risk management, budgeting, credit, treasury, and FP&A functions at OZ.
Prior to joining OZ, Ahad worked as a senior manager in the assurance and advisory services practice at Kaufman Rossin, advising clients from a myriad of industries on complex, technical transactions such as business combinations, variable interest entities, stock-based compensation, convertible instruments, internal use software, and revenue recognition. Ahad worked as an experienced associate in PwC’s assurance practice and, as a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants (FICPA), was selected to be among twenty-three young CPAs in Florida to participate in the FICPA’s Leadership Academy in 2022. Ahad holds both bachelor’s and master’s degrees in accounting from Nova Southeastern University and Florida International University, respectively.
Colleen Taylor
Vice President, Operations
Colleen leads overall operations for OZ. Her focus is to enhance the experience for our employees and suppliers/partners while improving operational efficiency.
With a background that includes consulting, quality assurance, technical writing, project management, systems implementation and training for major technology vendors in the financial and healthcare industries, Colleen has a passion for quality and has led and implemented operational initiatives at a wide range of companies including Metavante, CareCentric, and Xcelerate.
