E-Verify Notice (If Applicable)

OZ Digital, LLC may participate in the E-Verify program, a system that allows employers to confirm the eligibility of employees to work in the United States.

If E-Verify is used:

  • We will provide required notices at the time of hire
  • Participation does not affect your right to work or equal employment opportunity

Where we participate in E-Verify, we display the federal E-Verify Participation and Right to Work notices at our hiring locations and, where applicable, on this careers site, as required by the U.S. Department of Homeland Security.

Pay Transparency and Non-Discrimination

In compliance with applicable laws, OZ Digital, LLC will not:

  • Discriminate against employees or applicants for inquiring about, discussing, or disclosing their compensation
  • Retaliate against individuals who exercise their rights under pay transparency laws

Background Checks and Employment Screening

Where permitted by applicable law, OZ Digital, LLC may conduct background checks or employment verification as part of the hiring process. This may include:

  • Employment history verification
  • Education verification
  • Criminal background checks (where legally allowed)

Any such checks will be conducted:

  • In compliance with the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) and other applicable laws
  • Only with appropriate notice and, where required, your consent

At-Will Employment (U.S.)

Unless otherwise required by law or stated in a written agreement, employment with OZ Digital, LLC is at-will, which means:

  • Employment may be terminated at any time
  • Either the employee or the company may terminate employment, with or without cause or notice

Where a background check involves a consumer report from a third-party screening company, we will provide the FCRA disclosure on a stand-alone document, separate from this notice and from the employment application, and will obtain your written authorization before the report is obtained. If we intend to take adverse action based in whole or in part on such a report, we will first give you a copy of the report and a summary of your rights under the FCRA, and a reasonable opportunity to respond, before making a final decision.

State and Local Applicant Rights

Certain states and local jurisdictions provide additional rights and protections to job applicants, including but not limited to:

  • Restrictions on the use of criminal history (e.g., “ban-the-box” laws)
  • Salary history inquiry restrictions
  • Paid sick leave or local employment ordinances
  • Privacy or data protection laws governing applicant information

OZ Digital, LLC complies with all applicable state and local laws in jurisdictions where we recruit and hire.

Depending on the location of the role, this includes, for example: providing a good-faith salary or pay range in the job posting or on request; refraining from asking about your salary history; and, before considering criminal history, making any required conditional offer first and then conducting an individualized assessment with the written notices and response period that the applicable fair-chance law requires. Applicants may contact us at info@followoz.com to request the jurisdiction-specific notice that applies to them.

Anti-Harassment and Workplace Conduct

We are committed to maintaining a workplace free from harassment, discrimination, and retaliation. All applicants and employees are expected to adhere to standards of professional and respectful conduct.
