“You can design and create and build the most wonderful place in the world,” Walt Disney once said. “But it takes people to make the dream a reality.”
It’s a sentiment that was on my mind as OZ officially cut the ribbon on our new offices in Fort Lauderdale.
Yes, we love the location.
And the building.
And the open concept and the game room and the furniture.
But there was no substitution for having that space filled not only with my fellow Ozzies—who strive every day to pair the right innovative technologies and strategies with the right business—but also with the clients, friends, and community advocates who collectively create the unique, vital environment that has powered OZ for more than a quarter century—and will allow us to continue to build our legacy into an exciting future.
